The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing. However, the hotel feels a bit dated overall.

The bathrooms are quite cramped, and the chair cleanliness in the restaurant could improve. Dust buildup is evident in rooms, which should be addressed!!!

The air conditioning in the room wasn't efficient, making it quite uncomfortable during warmer days.

Creston Shibuya made a solid impression. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing, Yoyogi Park, and plenty of restaurants and shops. I really appreciated the hotel’s very traditional Japanese hospitality. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and even bowed, which added a nice touch. The room itself felt cozy, though it was smaller than what I’m used to back home. I stayed in a connecting room that was spacious enough for my family, featuring two sinks and good amenities. Free bottled water and soft slippers were a nice bonus. The room had a bit of a retro vibe, which seemed charming but did hint at some needed updates—especially regarding decor and air conditioning efficiency. The breakfast at Restaurant Nigoume was excellent. I enjoyed both Western and Japanese options. However, the hallways occasionally had a faint smell of smoke, which was a downside for me. Overall, a well-located hotel with great service but could really benefit from some renovation efforts.

Perfect location for Tokyo adventures!
Super chill spot in the heart of Shibuya. The staff were really nice and spoke good English, which made things smooth. Loved that the elevator was right there—no dragging bags up stairs! Only thing was the room felt a bit dated, but at least it was clean and the restaurant had some tasty food options. Will def recommend!

great staff! but rooms are small
The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going above and beyond by even heating up our Uber Eats at the reception. The location couldn’t be better, with vibrant bars and delightful cafes just a short walk away. I appreciated the immaculate and functional retro charm of the hotel, from the 80's decor to everything working seamlessly. During my stay, I found the small yet cozy Italian coffee shop nearby, which was a pleasant surprise and consistently offered comfortable seating and great coffee.
The rooms are indeed small, especially if you don't choose a twin.

This was a prime choice for a couple of nights in Tokyo, offering good value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottled water provided daily, which made my stay more enjoyable. Just be sure to check in early if you can, as they’re great about holding your luggage before check-in.
